NorthStar Digital Literacy: Telehealth

A new assessment on Telehealth assesses the skills needed to successfully access and complete virtual visits with healthcare providers. This was supported by Federal funds from the National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, under a Cooperative Agreement with the University of Iowa. We will be developing curricula resources for this assessment later this year, with support from the Western New York Library Resources Council. Telehealth is the first of five projected modules addressing healthcare issues.
