Memo No. 047-22: Updated Adult Education Program Manager Responsibilities

This memo provides notice that the Adult Education Program Manager Responsibilities Manual has been updated to a March 2022 edition and is now available on the Adult Education Program Policy and Guidance webpage.

The Manual provides a reference guide to federal and state policies, grant management principles, key citations, and technical assistance resources for Virginia adult education program managers. Updates have been made to reference policy changes made since the first edition was published in January 2021.
